Regenerative Medicine Today welcomes Cameron Riviere, PhD, who is an Associate Research Professor in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Riviere discusses his research in control systems and robotic devices, and the role these devices play in biomedicine, such as robotic and mechatronic devices for microsurgery and minimally invasive surgery, filtering methods for tremor and non-tremulous error, and high-precision instrumentation to track microsurgical tools.
